Our client who provides finance solutions requires an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will primarily be responsible for prospecting new clients and overseeing the utilization of the financial digital platform by existing clients

 

Responsibilities;

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satfisaction
  • Prospect for new clients and business partners for the company.
  • Manage junior team members to deliver on business development goals.
  • Manage the integration of new customers and partners into the company's tech stack.
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

 

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of working experience in the same or similar role.
  • Extensive experience in the banking, technology, or telecommunication industry is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Pay attention to detail, team player, results-oriented, and innovative.
  • Proficient knowledge in the use of Microsoft office Suite especially Excel.
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment with little supervision.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, business development, and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to identify industry openings through networking
